Boxers are widely recognised as the fittest sports people on the planet. The sport, which can trace it's history back to the 19th century, has developed a basis for training that prepares the human body for the challenges and strains of combat. But it is not just boxers who can benefit from the programs. The training can be used by anybody as a form of fitness training, cross training and it is especially effective for weight loss. Based around the program we use to get our boxers ready for competition, we provide instruction that ensures not only a great cardio workout but also demands the same strict adherence to the technical side of the sport as we do with our competition athletes. This is not boxercise! Whilst our particpants do not participate in contact sparring, all other aspects of the training are identical to our competition boxers. The program is demanding and the coaching team work to ensure we get your maximum every session.
